Pantai Pasir Tengkorak, Langkawi. Malaysia. (skull Beach, Datai Langkawi,

Swimming at the beach is fun. Furthermore go on a picnic with family. Necessarily pristine beaches and clear first choice. Beaches have basic facilities like fresh water bath, prayer and rest huts become citizens of Malaysia as comfortable option to rinse and change.
I had the opportunity picnic at Pantai Pasir Tengkorak (Skull Sand Beach), Langkawi. Her name is pretty awesome. The beach is clean, clear, and beautiful. Quiet and peaceful setting. Located in the forest reserves of Mount Mat Chincang. The beach is protected because there are no settlements in the vicinity.Awesome name has its own story. How Skull Sand Beach got a name? follow the story taken from old manuscripts.A local legend describing a sea monster or a whirlpool which drowned many ships and threw the victim to the beach.According to another legend, a great battle between an eagle and Jentayu occur on the island near the result many lives were lost. The body of the dead warriors were found in abundance in this beach. In fact, during a tap first, about 1930's there was a prison on the island of Tarutao. Although many prisoners who tried to escape, it is difficult to do because a lot of sharks and crocodiles roamed these waters in the past. Prisoners who fail will usually drowned or eaten by sharks and their bodies washed up on the beach. These waters also once very feared as pirates often hijack commercial terms and threw the victim to the sea. half of the dead drifted and stranded at this beach. . Hopefully victims buried here as peaceful beauty of this beach.
From this area, we can clearly see Tarutao Island, Thailand which is located approximately 5 kilometers from the beach. Tarutao Island is an island that is quite large, almost as big as Langkawi. But this region has been owned siam Siam English when signing in 1909. Apparently, Tarutao island is still in a natural state, without any development by the Government of Thailand. The island is inhabited by indigenous siam and sea.
